Leif has been performing all around southern Utah for the last 6 years in many different settings. His favorite place for performing is at the Tabernacle because of it’s historical significance. The architecture and acoustic quality make it a classy setting for uplifting music. Leif originally trained on religious and classical music as a soloist. Although he sings all types of music, his forte’ is motivational, spiritual and religious music. Many describe his music as inspirational and his voice powerful and moving. He enjoys live performance and is known for his powerful stage presence, reflecting his vocal abilities along with his witty personality. He says his main goal in writing and singing is to inspire and uplift those who hear him, always singing with a moral messege. Leif sings to his audience not only to entertain, but to provide an atmosphere where those listening can have an emotional and spiritual experience. Leif came out with his first CD last year. He will be singing many of his originals that evening from his album and will be giving some away during the concert. Leif will have long time friend and musician Larry Bennett, the skilled Matt Szumanski on piano and the talented Sheri Scott on violin backing him up for the evening. Leif is very pleased to have his son Jefferson on guitar for his first time appearance and his oldest son Jon on trumpet for the evening concert also. His music may be sampled and purchased on line by going to LeifSinging.com. or purchased at Music Affiliates (188 E. 300 S.) or Cd Warehouse in St.George. |
