Community Produces Fun History of the Canal

Long ago, men of vision and persistence from the Hurricane Valley, with the help and encouragement of many others, built a canal, bringing water and the hope of a better life to Hurricane. It took them about nine years to complete. Today, that accomplishment and their indomitable spirit are celebrated in the musical “Come See Our Valley,” which will be performed at the Hurricane High School auditorium during the annual Peach Days celebration.
